Although I’ve strayed once or twice from AppleTV, I always come back to it. It is just so easy to use. Sure it costs one dollar more per movie rental, but I am happy to pay a little more for EASY.

You walk into your office before everyone else, ready to take on the day, and just as you're settling in to get started, the phone rings. It’s a client on the other end of the line, and because technology is not a perfect science, something isn’t working right. The client yells and screams at you, demanding that someone be there TODAY! You have a choice to make. Are you nice and accommodating or are you defensive and yell right back?
