SnapAV is so enthusiastic about its new Episode Architectural and Bookshelf Loudspeaker line, that beginning this month, the company is offering a dealer incentive promotion with some serious sales prizes.

Called “Holy Snap!” the promotion rewards dealer loyalty with sports car leases (Porsche, BMW, Audi), motorcycle (Harley Davidson) and Wave Runner giveaways, vacation getaways, and business solutions like computers, truck wraps, and website design.

SnapAV, which considers itself a “new breed of supplier” in the CEDIA channel has been gaining market share consistently since its launch in 2005 by Charlotte, North Carolina-based custom integrator Jay Faison, owner of Zobo.TV.

The company is a manufacturer and exclusive source of more than 700 products for the channel. Current brands include Episode speakers, amplifiers, acoustical treatments, and power products. The company also offers Dragonfly film screens, Strong mounts and racks; Binary cables, compression connectors, baluns, bulk wire and tools. Old Camden cinecabinets, and Wirepath structured wiring.

In the past year SnapAV made its Episode speakers line a priority in its product development strategy.

“SnapAV’s mission statement is “Be the number-one reason that our dealers succeed. We know that to achieve that mission there’s no more important category for SnapAV to focus on than speakers,” SnapAV marketing VP Adam Levy explained.  “After all, it’s where our dealers spend the most money. If we can help dealers to be more successful (profitable) when they sell speakers, we can achieve our mission much more effectively.”

The company also invested in veteran industry product development and engineering talent, created a Dealer Development Council to review its plans, and conducted extensive qualitative research.

After designing an all-new speaker line that began rolling out last summer with new models still being introduced through mid-2010, SnapAV implemented a challenge to dealers to audition any new Episode speaker versus a comparably configured competitors’ product. If the dealer did not agree that the Episodes outperformed the competitors’ products, SnapAV would refund the dealer the cost of Episodes auditioned, plus an additional $100.

So in an effort to shine the biggest possible light it can on its new loudspeaker line, SnapAV is now offering its aggressive dealer incentive program. The company believes that this promotion is just what dealers need after a rough 2009 for everyone.
