Basic Boot Camp Coming to New York

April 5, 2010

Can’t get to Indianapolis for CEDIA Boot Camp? CEDIA’s EST Basic Residential Boot Camp is traveling April 28-30 to the d.a.v.i.d. llc training facility in Westbury, New York.

This is a rare opportunity to take advantage of CEDIA’s Basic Boot Camp outside CEDIA’s Indianapolis headquarters.

Basic Boot Camp provides an introduction for anyone new to the electronic systems industry. The three-day course offers an overview of the skills needed to install low-voltage infrastructure in the home, through practical classroom training and hands-on lab work.

The most current industry practices and standards are utilized in this training session.

CEDIA Certified Instructors will guide participants though an overview of residential installation topics, including residential codes, standards, jobsite safety, cable connector fundamentals, and distributed audio and video in the home.

Register at www.cedia.org/education/bootcamp.
