eSOMMELIER Concierge Service

April 24, 2009

How do you rate the Concierge Service?
On a scale of one to 10, I would give it a 10. The eSommelier Concierge service helps us offer a full, turn-key wine management solution to our clients. We don’t have to know anything about wine. We can do what we do best, and the eSommelier Concierge staff comes in after us and catalogs everything for the client. By the time they are done, our client’s wine cellar is completely organized and all they have to do is push a few buttons on the eSommelier touchscreen to see what they have, where it is, and when to drink it. I liken it to the CD and DVD ripping services, except more specialized.

For what applications is it best suited?
The install that we utilized the Concierge Services for most recently was for a very busy real estate magnate that loves his wine, but simply did
what applications
not have the time to catalog everything he had collected up to this point. For him, the Concierge Service was the perfect solution. Think about it: you’re not going to sell a client of this caliber a Kaleidescape system and tell him he has to import his vast CD and DVD collection himself. This is no different... eSommelier Concierge is just another fullservice solution in our portfolio that gives us an edge over our competition.

What features would you like to see changed?
None. The Concierge Service staff did exactly what it said it would do. It completely organized our client’s cellar in a timely and professional manner. In the end the client was extremely happy, and I have no doubt that he’ll be showing off his eSommelier system to his friends.
