HAI Expands Language Support

Home Automation Inc. (HAI), the manufacturer of integrated security and home automation products, is developing Spanish, Catalan and French language product suites for its home control systems. The company already offers Italian and English products.

Spanish is one of the three new languages supported by HAI.


The foreign language home control systems have the same functionality as the English home control systems, including monitoring and control of security, temperature, lighting, and entertainment.

Voice, menu, in-wall, and wireless touchscreens, and programming software will all be available in the new languages. Additionally, Snap-Link Mobile will be available in multiple languages to provide remote access via a Windows Smartphone.

The product suites include the OmniPro II Board Only, OmniPro II for Structured Wiring Enclosures, Omni IIe Board Only, Omni IIe for Structured Wiring Enclosures, Omni LT Board Only, Omni LT for Structured Wiring Enclosures, PC Access programming software, OmniTouch 10p Touchscreen, OmniTouch 5.7e Touchscreen, OmniTouch 5.7 Touchscreen, Snap-Link Mobile, and an international version of the Console.

Additionally, HAI offers International Promo Kits that feature an assortment of HAI automation products. All products will be shipping the second quarter of 2010.

"Introducing these new language versions of HAI's home control systems is another valuable progression for HAI's expansion internationally,” HAI director of international sales & marketing Allison Read explained.
