These single part number racks are factory-configured and ship already loaded with accessories to support and protect the equipment installed within them.

According to Middle Atlantic, each RDR Series rack ships with vented shelves and panels, built-in cable management facilities, and a filtered, surge-protected power strip. In addition, each ships with trim strips and hidden casters, as well as pre-installed four-point mounting shelves.

“Our goal was to give custom installers a rack complete with the pieces they really need to install a reliable system quickly and easily,” Middle Atlantic director of product management and business development Mark Tracy stated. “We wanted to make it a good-looking option to feel more at home in a living space and easy to transport, even from the distributor’s warehouse.”

The RDR Series is one in a new family of pre-configured racks, with different styles to meet individual project needs. ERK and Slim 5 Series racks are now available in preconfigured versions, complete with installed shelves, casters, power distribution, and cable management.
