Powerline Control Systems has launched the PCS Lighting Academy, an extensive online portal that allows industry professionals to fulfill the training requirements to become a Certified PulseWorx Integrator.

The PCS Lighting Academy offers professional integrators a free, easy-to-follow training solution to become Certified PulseWorx Integrators, said Scott Klodowski, director of sales and marketing for PCS. Previously installers would have to wait for a training session in their region, and deal with the potential of spending time outside of the office or out of the field during a workday.

The PCS Lighting Academy offers users an easy to access web portal where they can access the full training curriculum for Powerline Control Systems PulseWorx lighting control products. The online testing will require a passing score of 80 percent or better to qualify to become a PulseWorx Certified Integrator and receive a Certificate of Completion. These online courses include:

1. PulseWorx Overview
2. Basic Design and Install of a PulseWorx System
3. Configuring a PulseWorx System with UPStart

The free, interactive and engaging training programs hosted at the Lighting Academy are self-paced and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week; allowing integrators to work through the program at times and locations that are convenient for them.
