The omni is a dedicated high resolution wireless sound streamer from MainStream Audio that provides 24bit/192k CD quality sampling. The omni enables integrators to turn virtually any speaker or sound bar into a wireless multi-room sound system by connecting it to a Wi-Fi network. Using the free Apple or Android app, the omni can also be used as a music alarm and sleep timer.
MainStream Audio’s omni+ Wi-Fi multi-room streaming system offers high quality streaming with 24bit/192k CD quality sampling, utilizes an ESS Sabre DAC and features additional inputs including 3.5mm stereo and USB input selections and an IR remote control. The omni+ offers multi-room and multi-zone capability up to 12 zones and can be set up via Wi-Fi. Designed to work with any existing audio system, the omni+ not only breaks price and performance barriers — it provides integrators with powerful audio solutions that will not disappoint in any setting.
In addition, the solo from MainStream Audio is a “go anywhere” wireless multi-room audio streaming solution. The solo is controlled with the same free Apple or Android app used for the omni and omni+. The solo allows customers to stream synchronized music or music services from a mobile phone, online music services or media center. The solo is a great solution for integrators that need a cost-effective secondary listening solution that includes good sound quality, music selection and multi-zone.
