Basalte has appointed Pro Act Sales as its manufacturer’s representative for the New York metropolitan region to support the introduction of Basalte’s touch-sensitive keypad Sentido in the American market.
Basalte is a Belgian manufacturer of design products for the smart home. Following the introduction of the Eve wall mounts and table-top solutions for iPad and iPod touch, Basalte’s new Sentido is a touch-sensitive keypad for Lutron Homeworks QS with a sleek and minimalistic European design made of high-grade materials like aluminum, bronze, and glass.
Teamed with Basalte’s sales force, Pro Act Sales will engage architects and designers in private residential construction about the key features and advantages of Basalte’s high-end product range. Pro Act Sales represents Basalte in New York City, Westchester, Rockland, and Northern New Jersey.
Sentido integrates with Lutron Homeworks QS, allowing users to intuitively control various functions such aslights, screens, and curtains. This touch-sensitive keypad has been awarded for its innovative design and functionalities by CEDIA, Residential Systems magazine, and the Chicago Athenaeum, as well as received multiple international design awards in the past few years.
