ecobee playing nice with RTI
A new two-way driver now available from RTI makes it easier for integrators to program ecobee smart Wi-Fi and voice-enabled devices into its control and automation systems, ultimately simplifying the way customers manage their HVAC functions and energy use within the RTI ecosystem.

ecobee’s offering of Wi-Fi and voice-controlled thermostats and room sensors for residential and commercial applications are designed to be intuitive to use and beautiful to look at, in addition to maximizing comfort and energy efficiency.
The ecobee thermostat lineup includes the new Amazon Alexa Voice Service-enabled ecobee4, ecobee3lite, and ecobee3, which all allow users to adjust the temperature of their environments, access and monitor their energy use, and check alerts and reminders. With the new ecobee two-way driver, users can now control and manage ecobee’s HVAC capabilities from the convenience of their RTI control interfaces via the ecobee cloud service.
