Savant has launched its Wally family of dedicated touchscreens. The Wally lineup has been designed to blend into décor while placing climate, lighting, and entertainment control at the fingertips of the homeowner. The touchscreens also feature personalization options via Savant Scene.
The Wally includes high-resolution color, borrowed from Savant’s Pro Remote line. The Wally can control integrated climate, advanced lighting, entertainment, and Savant Scenes to give users smart home control from a small, in-wall form factor. Wally touchscreens utilize a presence sensor to activate them automatically as a person approaches.
The first Wally product to be available is a single-gang, 5.5-inch touchscreen, with 2.9-inch and 8-inch versions to follow later in the year. The Wally product line fits in a traditional single gang enclosure and uses low-voltage power via Power over Ethernet (POE 802.3af).

Savant Wally touchscreens are available in white or black and will begin shipping in June, 2017.
