Register Today for the CEDIA Business Xchange Conference

Admittedly I’m biased about this, but you really need to register for CEDIA’s Business Xchange Conference today. Until I volunteered to serve on the planning committee for this first-time event, I had no idea how much time, energy, and passion went into such an endeavor.

Admittedly I’m biased about this, but you really need to register for CEDIA’s Business Xchange Conference today. Until I volunteered to serve on the planning committee for this first-time event, I had no idea how much time, energy, and passion went into such an endeavor. I’ve witnessed first-hand that when CEDIA creates an educational event, it demands that it be done right. Xchange is that type of event.

Scheduled for April 29 to May 1 in Houston, TX, CEDIA Business Xchange will connect you with fellow business leaders to discuss your most common business challenges, and help gather insights to inspire new concepts and solutions for your business.

Don’t expect a typical conference; instead, picture attending an event where you will engage in organic networking to find solutions you can immediately put into action when you get back home.

At the core of CEDIA Business Xchange are two half-day workshops facilitated by business experts. The first day is led by Michael Lorsch and Kristine Kern, from The Table Group, who will present The Advantage Workshop. This session focuses on creating a healthy organization by eliminating politics and confusion from your business environment. As a result, productivity and morale soar, and good people almost never leave.

The day-two workshop — facilitated by David Chow of Trusted Advisor Associates — will advice attendees on how to become a subject matter expert for their customers to gain the highest and strongest level of customer loyalty.

New to any CEDIA event is the concept of the “un-conference,” an open-format, deep-dive forum for attendees looking to collaborate with peers and facilitators on preferred topics, including sales and marketing, finance, and operations.

But CEDIA Business Xchange is not all hard work. Attendees will enjoy a welcome reception at the Space Center Houston, a Thursday night Crawfish Boil, and closing night celebration at Landry’s Seafood on the Kemah Boardwalk (featuring rides and other fun activities).

Registration for CEDIA Business Xchange opens today, February 11, 2015. Be sure to register early to take advantage of the Inaugural Introductory Rate for Members. Save your spot today! This event is guaranteed to sell out!
