Metra to Host Free HDMI Events at CEDIA EXPO 2013

September 5, 2013
Metra Home Theater Group will offer attendees to CEDIA EXPO 2013 (booth #110) an exclusive opportunity to learn more about the latest developments in HDMI technology, including HDMI 2.0, at two special "Lunch and Learn" events with industry expert Jeff Boccaccio, president of DPL Labs.

Boccaccio is considered one of the leading authorities on emerging technologies in the audio/video industry with a specialized expertise in digital signaling solutions. An accomplished communicator, he has been invited to present seminars on topics such as radio frequency technology, high definition television, HDMI and emerging technologies at a variety of Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) shows, CEDIA Regional Shows and previous CEDIA EXPOs.

Boccaccio will present attendees to the events with an in-depth overview of HDMI, what it means for their installations, and how it can impact sales. Boccaccio will also offer insight into the world of HDMI 2.0 and what professional integrators should be prepared for.

The events, held Friday, September 27 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Saturday, September 28 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., will be free and open to all at CEDIA EXPO 2013. Seating and reservations for a complimentary lunch at each event are limited to the first 50 people to register.
