Crestron has appointed Michelle Baker as showroom manager of the newly opened Crestron Los Angeles Design Showroom in the Pacific Design Center.
Baker joined Crestron in 2007 as office manager and training coordinator, assisting in the opening of the first Crestron west coast satellite office in Phoenix, AZ. In her new role, she will help drive market demand for Crestron Integrated by Design home technology solutions by developing relationships with interior designers, architects, lighting specifiers, and luxury home builders. Baker will present and demonstrate the value of Crestron control and automation solutions to achieve comfort, convenience, entertainment, energy savings, safety, and security, while enhancing the designer’s vision and homeowner’s lifestyle.
“Our Design Showroom is the perfect place to introduce the design build community to Crestron and illustrate the seamless convergence of design and home technology,” Baker said. “I look forward to demonstrating the features, benefits and possibilities of incorporating technology into design. Home automation and entertainment can be done beautifully with Crestron.”
Baker brings more than six years of management, business development, professional development education and client support experience to this new role. “Her strong communication skills and relationships with the design build community will be a great asset to Crestron and the success of our Los Angeles Design Showroom,” said Crestron executive director, Dave Sell.
