AVAD, the North America distributor is looking to expand the commercial AV side of its business with the inaugural Pro AV Roadshow. The first stop will be Austin, TX, on October 5-6, 2017.
The touring roadshow has been created to provide dealers with an opportunity to learn about the latest in professional AV, meet one on one with key vendors in the market, and participate in free training courses.
Representatives from Bose Pro, Screen Innovations, LifeSize, Kramer, WyreStorm and Harman/AMX will be on-site and offering courses such as “Introduction to Pro Audio,” “ALR – Perfect Screens for a Perfect World,” and “Pro AV Signal Distribution.”
“We understand the opportunity Pro AV represents to our dealers and we’re continuing to place an emphasis on that market,” said Seth Evenson, director of customer experience management for AVAD. “We’ve invested in personnel and resources, but now we want to provide our dealers with access to training programs that enhance the service they provide their customers. We look forward to the inaugural event in Austin as we plan to announce a series of events in the future.”
