Vital Mgmt to Host Bravas Summit Later This Month

Twenty-one independent custom integration companies from the U.S. and Canada, with a collective revenue eclipsing $70M in 2015, will gather in Dallas, TX, January 27-28, to formulate personalized plans to improve their performance in the coming year. 
 
Hosted by Vital Mgmt, the BRAVAS Summit invites mid-size CI dealers, $2M and up to, to discover new ways of optimizing their businesses. The event’s early sponsors include Sonance, ProSource, Core Brands, DPI, Leon, and Epson.
 
Associate and guest companies have been invited to join charter members of the Bravas Group to find out how to apply metrics and performance-based actions to their businesses.
 
The Bravas Group is a cooperative of independently owned AV dealers who jointly fund programs that otherwise would be difficult for an individual integration company to fund. Associate members of the group participate in the financial system benefits but do not participate in marketing, branding, and programs beyond the financial/operation portion. A key distinction for Bravas is that it is not a buying group. Members are from all major buying groups, but Bravas is a unique service and not a buying group.
 
During the Bravas Summit, a workshop titled, “How To Get an ‘A’” will be hosted by Vital Mgmt founders Paul Starkey and Steve Firszt. The goal is to help companies reach their peak performance.

Vital Mgmt was founded in January 2014 by Starkey Firszt, who act as the executive directors of the Bravas Cooperative. Their system, Vital Mgmt 2.0, allows dealers to improve their operating performance and benefit from shared metrics and benchmarks between companies. The system is enhanced with personalized coaching from the directors.
