21st Century Celebrates Six-Stop Roadshow

21st Century Distributing brought its third-annual Innovation Integration Roadshow to the Southeast region in May.

21st Century Distributing brought its third annual Innovation Integration Roadshow to the Southeast region in May. Supported by more than 30 vendors with demos, discounts, and product giveaways, 21st Century Distributing hosted 250-plus dealers across North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida, and completed the tour exhibiting at the 2017 Electronic Security Expo (ESX).

“Our third-annual Integration Innovation Roadshow was a tremendous success,” said Vanesa Zitzmann, marketing and sales director for 21st Century. “We’d like to thank our diamond sponsors for going above and beyond to help set up, put on, and clean up five fantastic events for our dealers. We honestly could not have done it without their support, joint efforts, and enthusiasm.”

Vendor support was strong, with Vanco, Peerless-AV, Polk, and Sony, all participating in the tour. “21st Century represents some of the top dealers in the country and the attendance at this year’s roadshow reflected the industry’s growth as a whole,” said Aaron Rozanski, sales manager of distribution markets for Vanco International. “We were thrilled to provide training on our latest 4K solutions and are a proud sponsor of such a successful show.”

“As a manufacturer, the opportunity to educate current and potential dealers on our latest mounting and outdoor displays solutions was greatly appreciated and extremely beneficial to us,” said Dwight Jenkins, regional sales manager for Peerless-AV. “21st Century Distributing’s connections and their ever-growing customer base allowed us to display and promote our latest AV products to a vast customer base.”

The roadshow covered product demos, show-only promotions, and dealer education for anyone in the AV, CE, smart home, security, and surveillance spaces.

Each stop also gave dealers the opportunity to network, enjoy food, drinks, as well as access to numerous giveaways. “The staff at 21st go out of their way to make this a fun and educational event for their dealers,” said Chad Moses of M.E. & More. “And as an added bonus, everyone wins something when they come to the show.”

21st Century Distributing finished the tour with a trip to Nashville for the 2017 Electronic Security Expo (ESX), exhibiting alongside Just Add Power, to demonstrate its security and surveillance solutions, as well as offering product discounts and prizes to new and existing dealers at the highly trafficked show.

“It’s important for us to spend quality time with all of dealers across our territory and show our appreciation for them and our vendors through events like the Integration Innovation Roadshow,” said Don Vicini, owner of 21st Century Distributing. “The feedback from this year’s Integration Innovation Roadshow was the best we’ve heard yet, and we are excited to continue the momentum throughout the rest of 2017.”

After collecting hundreds of entries at each stop, 21st Century Distributing pulled the name of the Integration Innovation Roadshow grand-prize winner, and congratulated Peter Ashley of Structured Wiring in North Carolina. Ashley won a two-day Performance Driving School package, including driving lessons in a SCCA racecar. 21st Century Distributing also congratulated Nelson Moreira from Realtime Audio & Accessories in Georgia and John Thall from Knightwing Audio in Florida, who each won a Sony 55-inch Bravia OLED 4K Acoustic Screen television.
