The Consumer Technology Association(CTA) has opened its call for author proposals to join Gary's Book Club, presented by Barnes & Noble, at CES 2018.

The Consumer Technology Association(CTA) has opened its call for author proposals to join Gary’s Book Club, presented by Barnes & Noble, at CES 2018. Participating authors will partake in book signings on site, promote their books to CES attendees, and engage in lively discussions on the Consumer Technology Stage when CES returns to Las Vegas from January 9-12, 2018. Authors interested in participating in Gary’s Book Club for CES 2018 can apply at CES.tech. Applications will be accepted through June 30.

Authors eligible to participate in Gary’s Book Club must have a book published between January 2017 and January 2018 that is related to technology, innovation, and/or tech innovation public policy. There is no charge for authors to participate in the program.

“Our book club offers a stage for authors to interact with CES attendees, discuss their work, and explore topics that are truly front and center in the technology industry,” said Gary Shapiro, president and CEO, CTA, and best-selling author of CTA’s Ninja Innovation: The Ten Killer Strategies of the World’s Most Successful Businesses and The Comeback: How Innovation will Restore the American Dream. “We encourage authors to join the fifth year of the book club to share their work and visions at CES 2018.”
