Clark Synthesis Vows to Rebuild Transducers Past Warranty

Clark Synthesis is the first transducer manufacturer to offer a rebuild program for their entire line of Professional Transducers and Underwater Speakers, the company said in a statement this month.

Clark Synthesis is the first transducer manufacturer to offer a rebuild program for their entire line of Professional Transducers and Underwater Speakers, the company said in a statement this month.

This new program enables consumers to have their out-of-warranty transducers and underwater speakers rebuilt at a fraction of the price of a replacement. Whether the product has been damaged by accident, destroyed in transit or run over by a truck, Clark Synthesis will rebuild it at a new fixed rebuild price.

Bill Phillips, President of Clark Synthesis, said, “Since moving manufacturing from China to Colorado two years ago, we have been looking for new ways to go above and beyond for our customers. Accidents happen; adhesives and sealants break down, and things wear out. Before now, when a 15-year old transducer or underwater speaker failed, the customer had no choice but to purchase a replacement at full price. Today, we are excited to rebuild their product and give it a new product warranty. This is good for the environment, and great for our customers.”

Since its inception in 1994, Clark Synthesis is recognized worldwide as the leader in exceptional tactile sound technology. The Aquasonic product line features the world’s only full-frequency, full-fidelity underwater loudspeaker, along with specialized transducers and outdoor speakers used in spas, outdoor living and marine environments.
