Crestron Holds Grand Opening of LA Showroom

September 17, 2012
Crestron welcomed hundreds of guests to the official grand opening of its LA Design Showroom last week, located in the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, CA.

The all-day open house presented interior designers, architects, luxury home builders, integrators, and homeowners with an inside look at Crestron Integrated by Design home technology in a real-life home setting.

"The official Grand Opening of our new Design Showroom marks an open invitation for guests to stop by and try our integrated home technology solutions for themselves," said Michelle Baker, Crestron LA Design Showroom manager. "The showroom is the ideal location for visitors to explore options, get inspired, meet with Crestron executives, collaborate with system designers and demonstrate the latest technology in real-world applications."

The open house event featured guided tours of the 3,500 square foot facility, which demonstrated new Crestron innovations, including Crestron Studio - Home Designer, Crestron Shading Solutions, tablet-style touch screens, and much more. Interior Designers had the opportunity to check out homes featuring Crestron technology during the VIP presentation. They also learned more about the Crestron Interior Design Partner program - how to become a partner and the benefits. Open to everyone, afternoon professional development seminars addressed relevant topics such as "Controlling your Home with Apple Devices" and "Growing Your Business with Crestron." A ribbon cutting ceremony was held in the afternoon, followed by a cocktail reception for guests.

"We're extremely excited to bring a Crestron Design Showroom to the Los Angeles market," said Dave Sell, Crestron executive director. "The showroom is a powerful resource for design and build professionals that will expand their knowledge of the latest digital technology and help grow their businesses. And we are here every step of the way to support them."

Crestron Experience Centers and Design Showrooms are located in NJ at the Rockleigh world headquarters, and in New York City, Las Vegas, and Cypress, CA. Globally, Crestron operates Experience Centers and Design Showrooms in London, Frankfurt, Shanghai, and Beijing.
