PA 270 by OSD Audio
Audio Gear Group will showcase new OSD Audio-branded products aimed at the commercial audio segment in CEDIA booth 7429.
The PA-270 is a 240-Watt monophonic integrated mixer/amplifier capable of driving either low impedance (four to eight Ohms) or 70V/100V loads. It features three AUX inputs (RCA), three microphone inputs (balanced XLR) and one telephone input (terminal block), all with independent gain control.
The PA-270 includes essential commercial audio features such as “push-to-talk” source override, 12V battery back-up terminals, zone priority auto switching, rack mount hardware and fan cooling. It is the ideal choice for use in hospitality and office settings that require paging as well as background music sources.
OSD Audio is proud to announce three new 70V in-wall volume attenuators with an industry-first Thru Output connector blocks for easy daisy chain installation. The unique MVC series design adds through output terminals that bypass the transformer, allowing additional volume controls to be added without the need for external splicing. Integrators will save time, effort and money with OSD MVC series attenuators.
Attenuation is accomplished in ten “make before break” 3dB steps plus a positive OFF position. Silver contacts ensure years of noise-free operation.
There are three models, 100W ($34.95), 50W ($32.95) and 25W ($29.95); all three are supplied with white and ivory Decora style single gang wall plates and matching skirted knobs. All three models are in stock and shipping to US dealers, integrators and distributors.
The new AP650 is an indoor/outdoor 6.5-inch, 2-way bracket-mount speaker with built-in 70V transformer. It is ideally suited for commercial applications such as restaurants and bars. Rust-resistant grille, silicone-sealed enclosure and corrosion-resistant binding posts make it perfect for outdoor use. Switch electable 70V taps of 2.5 Watts, 5W, 10W and 20W allow each speaker to be set at the most appropriate relative volume for the location. The AP650 T White is available now and the AP650 T Black is expected to be available October 2016, both models have an MSRP of $149.95/pair.
