Parasound Hires Tom Gandulla as Director of Sales

March 13, 2013
Parasound Products, Inc. has added industry veteran Tom Gandulla as director of sales.
Tom Gandulla
Tom comes with more than 25 years of accomplishments in consumer electronics, most recently as director of sales, Key Accounts for Xantech and Aton. Tom's previous experience was in sales and training at A.P.I., Monster Cable, Polk and Infinity.  He cut his teeth on retail floor sales and management at The Good Guys in the 90s and at The Federated Group in the 80s.

"After four straight years of increased Parasound sales and profits this is an ideal time for Tom to join us," said Parasound president, Richard Schram. "We have traditionally spent a disproportionate percentage of our revenue on product R&D and providing a level of customer service that is unmatched in consumer electronics. Now we will further increase our growth by better communicating the many benefits and advantages that are enjoyed by Parasound dealers and distributors."

Parasound general manager Paul Brownlee added, "Parasound's success over the past 4 years brought us to a point where we needed a proven sales professional to help us take the next step. Given Parasound's preeminent position as a high-end brand in both retail and custom install it was challenging to find somebody with experience and passion for both sides of our business. Tom's pedigree includes Hi Fi and Custom Installation and makes him the perfect choice to join our close-knit team. I have known Tom for over a decade and I've observed his enthusiasm and expertise. With Tom on board, 2013 is looking even better than it did a few months ago."
