RTI has made four promotions to the company’s executive and senior management team. Mike Everett, formerly vice president of sales and marketing, Americas, has been appointed to vice president of global sales; Brett Stokke, RTI’s director of communications, is now director of marketing; Robert Lawton moves from manufacturing engineer to director of product management; and Chris Pauly takes on the role of interim technical support manager from technical support specialist.

“RTI has a long history of delivering innovative products and solutions that our worldwide network of distributors and dealers can use to successfully build their businesses,” said Ed McConaghay, CEO, RTI. “As we move forward, we want to continue strengthening the relationships with our customers. These organizational changes are all part of listening to our partners’ needs, delivering impeccable service and support, and ultimately making it easier to do business with RTI on a global scale.”

Everett has more than 30 years of experience in the AV industry. He joined RTI in 2006 as regional sales manager, rising to general manager of Pro Control in 2009, and vice president of sales and marketing, Americas, in 2015. In his new role as VP of global sales, Everett will oversee worldwide sales activities for RTI and its Pro Control division. This includes developing new initiatives and business opportunities, and managing sales and marketing departments by working directly with the executive sales team, including Wim Voet, international sales manager, EMEA, and Greg Revell, director of international business, Asia Pacific.

For more than 11 years, Stokke has been part of the RTI family and has served as the director of communications since 2013. In his new post as director of marketing, he will be responsible for creating and managing all of the marketing resources to support RTI’s distributors and dealers worldwide. This will include new efforts to make materials more accessible, localized, and tailored to all of the markets RTI serves.

With a degree in electrical engineering from Staffordshire University, Lawton has more than 20 years of experience in project engineering and management roles. He has worked for several electrical, mechanical, and software companies including IMI and HTI. In 2013, he was appointed to the position of manufacturing engineer at RTI. As the company’s new director of product management, Lawton will now be responsible for identifying, designing, and managing RTI’s product development roadmap.

Pauly started with RTI in 2013 as a technical support specialist. With a background in product testing and IT network configuration, Pauly has also contributed to the company’s IT management initiatives to strengthen RTI’s internal operations. In his new role, he will lead expansion of RTI’s tech support department in terms of increased personnel and resources.

Each of these executives is leading efforts to identify and implement additional technology and human resources to support their new roles.
