With the assistance of Robin Tourney in Pensacola, Bolton will be a driving force behind the cohesive training between the Memphis and Pensacola locations. He will ensure all of their new hires and current employees continue to have the appropriate skills and knowledge to excel in each of their perspective fields. He will also develop new curriculum, policies, and procedures that will solidify continued education, development, compliance with all city, county, state and national laws.

Bolton brings along with him a strong background in education, training, and development by achieving his Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education followed by a Masters of Professional Studies in Training and Development. Also, previously being a middle school teacher for both Memphis and Shelby County schools, Bolton is no stranger to conducting educational training, curriculum development, and forward mobility ethics.
