URC will kick off its nationwide training tour, “Automation for All,” on Tuesday, October 14, in Boston.

“We’re excited to be able to offer world-class training to our dealers and installers all across the US,” said Cat Toomey, director of marketing at URC. “Altogether we visit nearly twenty cities to start. Every event is three days long and structured so that folks can learn about the product line most important to them by attending on the appropriate day.”

Each location will cover three full days, with one day each for Complete Control, ccGEN2, and Total Control. The sessions will cover how to sell and install the specific URC line as well as implementing the network where applicable, product overviews, applications, basic programming and how to be most successful with the line. The courses will not cover advanced programming. On relevant days URC will showcase the new MRX-20 Advanced Network System Controller, SNP-2 Streaming Network Player, Vivido Lighting by URC, URC LED Lighting, countless newly available integration modules including Nest, and more.

URC’s “Automation for All” tour will visit numerous cities with additional ones likely to be added in early 2015. The New York venue is URC’s worldwide headquarters in Harrison, NY. Six of the venues are part of The Tech Tour.
