By RS Staff August 7,2014

D-Tools has announced sponsors for its annual contest, the Design Awards: Anthony Gallo Acoustics, Atlona, IC Realtime, Kordz, Kramer, Stealth Acoustics, and Vaddio.

The company recently announced the contest call for entries and is pursuing System Integrator software users’ greatest success stories and project designs that display how the Autodesk AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio-based platform has positively affected their business and ROI. Winning success stories will be selected from a diverse group of D-Tools users worldwide and winners will be announced at CEDIA Expo in Denver, CO, in September. Design Award contest categories include best residential, best commercial, most unique, and best overall.

Winners will receive considerable prizes provided by the contest sponsors and D-Tools Manufacturer Vantage Point (MVP) partners:

• Anthony Gallo Micro SE System with TR-1D subwoofer
• Atlona KIT-PROHD3 test kit
• IC Realtime IHD7210 7-inch monitor with IHC6260 outdoor station
• Kordz PLX-HD50 HDMI Over Dual Cat 6 Extender with HDMI cable
• Kramer 840Hxl test pattern generator
• Stealth Acoustics StingRay-8 outdoor speakers
• Vaddio AV Bridge

“We are extremely grateful for the generosity and extensive support we have received from our Manufacturer Partners who are sponsoring the 2014 Design Awards,” said Adam Stone, president and CEO of D-Tools. “This contest not only showcases some of the industries’ best work from our community of users, but it also simultaneously honors manufacturers and integrators and promotes both exceptional project designs and system integrations within our industry. We’re looking forward to this year’s entries and will be excited to celebrate with everyone at the reception during CEDIA Expo.”

A ceremony celebrating the winners in each of the D-Tools Design Awards categories will take place Friday, September 12, 2014 during CEDIA Expo in D-Tools booth #526. The deadline for submitting projects is August 22, 2014. D-Tools customers can submit their entries here.
