Frankentek Residential Systems, of Medford, NJ, has acquired Interactive Homes Inc., of Drexel Hill, PA. Interactive Homes’ Derek R. Flickinger will now serve as Frankentek’s operations manager, overseeing the installation and service departments and will be responsible for customer satisfaction, daily operations, logistics, and quality control.
Led by Marc Franken, Frankentek is a design, engineering, installation, and service company with more than 20 years in residential and commercial electronic installations. The company works with clients, architects, interior designers, and home builders throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, Maryland, and other remote locations.
According to Flickinger, Frankentek is evolving its business model to serve as an “elite electronics concierge” rather than “just another high-end custom design and installation firm.”
“While this is quite a shift from my current activities, I really am excited about the opportunities open to me as I grow such a reputable organization into providing these new levels of services expected by our clients and the industry as a whole,” Flickinger noted.
