Leon Speakers has added a new mobile application designed for installers, integrators, dealers and designers.
At its core, the free app, named ‘Picture Perfect Sound’, provides easy access to information about Leon products, including detailed product information, spec sheets and instruction manuals, while showcasing photo galleries and case studies to help define the Leon solution. The app earns an interactive badge through its ‘My Projects’ feature, which is a mobile platform for creating, specifying and sharing Leon projects with anyone in the value chain. The app content is visually rich, easy-to-use, and is a resource for up-to-date information about the Leon brand.
The app’s ‘My Projects’ feature provides an easy, interactive way to specify Leon products in any r(s). During an on-site consultation, the installer can simply take a picture of the room, tap to create a tag and then add a Leon product (or multiple product options) to a specific space. Notes and comments can also be added to specify customization such as size or color. The information is saved and can be easily accessed off site for further integration. Additionally, with the sharing functionality, the installer can share the project details on the spot to the customer, the designer, the purchasing department or a Leon Sales Rep, including product photos, technical sell sheets, notes and photos.
“We’ve been working with some of our core integrators over the past 12 months to learn more about their process, the various sales tools that they have access to and what we could do to make their job easier,” said Ethan Kaplan, marketing director at Leon Speakers. “With this app, it’s as close as we can come to being there with them on location to help specify products and offer the appropriate solutions. With our product, it’s important to be able to show customers and their designers exactly what a custom speaker can be; and this app is loaded with case studies, images and tools to help visualize our solution. The new ‘Picture Perfect Sound’ App is designed for Apple’s iPad and iPad Mini devices and is free to download now from the Apple App Store. A guided tutorial demonstrating the full features of the app is coming soon.
