Panamax/Furman announced that Ryan Conway has been promoted to the position of western regional sales manager of custom install (CI) sales.
In his new role, Conway is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to promote the company's BlueBOLT cloud-based power and energy management platform across the Rocky Mountain States, from Montana to New Mexico, and west to the Pacific coast.
Conway joined Panamax/Furman in July 2011 as the company's key account sales manager. In this role he was responsible for implementing sales initiatives and directives for Panamax/Furman's three largest distributors throughout the U. S. and Canada. Previously, Conway held the role of vice president of sales and marketing at PS Audio. In this position he was responsible for the significant growth of the company in the custom integration market, in addition to managing the launch of a cloud-based power management device.

Conway holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Utah. He is based in Petaluma, CA, and reports to Paschke.
