In his new role, Conway is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to promote the company's BlueBOLT cloud-based power and energy management platform across the Rocky Mountain States, from Montana to New Mexico, and west to the Pacific coast.

Conway joined Panamax/Furman in July 2011 as the company's key account sales manager. In this role he was responsible for implementing sales initiatives and directives for Panamax/Furman's three largest distributors throughout the U. S. and Canada. Previously, Conway held the role of vice president of sales and marketing at PS Audio. In this position he was responsible for the significant growth of the company in the custom integration market, in addition to managing the launch of a cloud-based power management device.

"Ryan has proven to be an outstanding addition to Panamax/Furman, and we are excited to have him join the CI sales team," said Jimmy Paschke, director of CI sales at Panamax/Furman. "Ryan brings more than 15 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry to his new role, in addition to a high level of expertise with cloud-based energy management. We will rely on both as we continue to solidify BlueBOLT as the leader in remote systems diagnostics and energy control."

"My time with Panamax/Furman has been truly rewarding, and I am excited for this opportunity to take my career to the next step with the company as western regional sales manager of CI sales," said Conway. "It's a momentous time at Panamax/Furman as we continue to add powerful and innovative new BlueBOLT solutions that keep us at the forefront of energy management. I look forward to using my experience to help the company build on this momentum and increase sales throughout the western U.S."

Conway holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Utah. He is based in Petaluma, CA, and reports to Paschke.
