Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI) has named Clint Forberg as the company’s eastern United States sales manager.
Forberg had served as RTI’s director of training for the last six years before being promoted to his new role with the company, where he is responsible for the sales and marketing activity of RTI’s control solutions in the eastern U.S.
Forberg has more than 24 years of experience in the CE industry, working with manufacturers and distributors and as principal of a custom installation company. As RTI’s director of training, he was responsible for providing integrators throughout North America with extensive training in all aspects of programming and installation of the company’s solutions. Before joining RTI, Forberg contributed to the growth of companies such as Bose Corporation and Clifford Electronics through sales, management, and technical positions.
“As RTI’s director of training, Clint was instrumental in helping integrators take full advantage of our award-winning Integration Designer programming software, allowing them to incorporate our innovative and affordable control technology into any installation easily,” said Pete Baker, vice president of sales and marketing for RTI. “With his in-depth knowledge of our product lineup and the custom installation industry, Clint will play an integral role in meeting the needs of our eastern U.S. customers by increasing the presence of our control solutions in the region.”
