Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI) recently hosted the RTI Global Partner Summit 2012 in its hometown of Shakopee, MN.

A part of the company’s 20th anniversary celebrations, the Summit was held from September 9 to 11, and included attendees from 14 different countries and six different continents.

“The RTI Global Partner Summit was an amazing event. It was a great pleasure to welcome our International partners from all over the globe to our beautiful city,” said Pete Baker, vice president of sales and marketing for RTI. “The response from the event was sensational — everyone had a blast and took away invaluable benefits from the visit. We can’t wait for the next one. With attendees from as far away as Russia, southeast Asia, and Australia, this was a fantastic way to celebrate 20 successful years.”

RTI products are now available from authorized representatives in more than 100 different countries. The Global Partner Summit 2012 included some of the company’s most valued international partners, who attended seminars covering a broad range of subjects—including RTI products, programming, sales strategies, and more—from a variety of presenters. The seminars were combined with fun-filled, mid-western-style evenings to welcome RTI’s guests to the Twin Cities.

“After a week in Indianapolis I was eager to get home, but my stop at RTI was well worth it,” said Barry Wosk, president of Sound Developments Ltd. “In addition to the formal sessions that provided insight as to where the company is headed and direct access to key personnel, the unscripted time with my peers from around the world proved invaluable. Thank you RTI for a first-class experience.”

“The summit was a brilliant idea by RTI, and provided attendees with the truly invaluable experience of seeing the inner workings of the company,” said Gregory Revell, CEO of Mojoworx Asia. “Being able to finally put faces to email addresses will help us all going forward, and I’m sure I can speak on behalf of all my colleagues about the excellent hospitality offered by RTI. We are all extremely proud to partner with the company and to offer its cutting-edge solutions in our respective markets.”
