Sharp Electronics Marketing Company of America (SEMCA), a division of Sharp Electronics Corporation, has named John Revie as vice president of product marketing.
Revie, formerly of Sony and Samsung, will be responsible for the product based marketing of Sharp’s Consumer Home Entertainment product portfolio. He reports to Jim Sanduski.
A veteran in the consumer electronics (CE) industry, Revie brings deep expertise and passion to his responsibilities including; market analysis, product line definition, pricing, promotion and channel merchandising.

Sharp US for 2012 YTD, according to NPD reports, has the leading share of LCD TVs 60 inches and larger.
