Paradigm Electronics Inc., and MartinLogan Ltd, have appointed Rocco Melchione to the position of president and chief executive officer for the Paradigm, MartinLogan and Anthem brands.
Rocco brings more than twenty years experience at the senior executive level in global manufacturing and sales to his new position. He held a leadership role in an $800 million expansion for a global division of Panasonic Corporation. Closer to home, he helped integrate the iconic Baldwin Piano Company into Gibson Guitar Corporation, as a Gibson subsidiary. Rocco’s in-depth experience with global supply chain management, continuous process improvement and quality practices will be invaluable to the future growth of the three brands.

Rocco holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In his free time, he enjoys playing and collecting guitars, golf, fishing and is an avid jogger. Rocco will relocate to Toronto from his home in Irvine, CA.

Senior Management teams for all three brands will report directly to Rocco. His new responsibilities begin immediately.
