Soundcast Systems, developer and manufacturer of high-performance wireless music systems, has added three new members to its leadership team; Sean Mitchell as vice president of finance, Allan Poe as customer service manager, and Nick Berry as director of sales.

The new positions and staff additions follow the company’s recent announcement of securing expanded capital for its accelerated growth strategy, now in full swing.
Mitchell will be involved heavily in all aspects of the company’s growth strategy. Sean is committed to streamlining and strengthening overall operations. He will be responsible for expanding and enhancing Soundcast’s finance department, including its growth capital planning, financial infrastructure, operations systems, and financial controls. Sean graduated from California State University, Chico with a bachelor’s degree in journalism with minors in business administration and marketing. He joins Soundcast from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he is recognized as a champion for entrepreneurs and innovators. Sean is relocating from Thousand Oaks, CA with his wife and three children.
Poe will be at the helm for Soundcast creating systems to establish a world-class customer experience through a commitment to service, support, and product quality control. He will help establish new channel partner and consumer support programs, service standards, marketing lead systems and outreach campaigns. Poe previously worked for SpeakerCraft in multiple roles, including sales, logistics, and management during his thirteen-year tenure. He will relocate from Riverside, CA with his family.
Berry will lead Soundcast’s overall sales efforts, including enterprise sales, strategic relationship development, territory management, new market programs, and all retail sales activities. He brings a wealth of consumer electronic retail experience with him as the former director of sales and marketing at SpeakerCraft. Berry recently completed his MBA and holds a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship from UNLV. He and his family relocated from Las Vegas in early April.

The staff expansion is phase one of the company’s aggressive business plan under way that also includes new products-to-market in 2013, future product development, multi-market expansion and the infrastructure enhancements and support necessary to grow.
The company will unveil two new products this month and continue its accelerated development of new wireless products that best fit the needs of the modern connected world, with new models slated for 2013 and 2014.
