Paul Starkey, the former president of ELAN Home Systems and multiple time entrepreneur, and Steve Firszt, Fast Forward Business Coach, have joined forces to create VITAL MGMT, a new professionals services company offering premium data aggregation, benchmarking and business improvement services to custom installation dealers, integrators, and installers.

The services will be offered exclusively through a new cooperative called VITAL Coop that they have founded and serve as executive directors.
VITAL Coop plans to offer a cloud-based portal, best practices handbook, national marketing program and virtual company reporting for the purpose of building joint value in the companies. Members remain independent business owners as participants in the Cooperative.
Starkey shared VITAL’s mission, “We expect to bring increased profitability and value immediately through these unique services, with a longer term objective of creating a nationwide network of owners who can realize the increased value through a liquidation event.”
