URC’s Network Keypad Solution
The URC Network Keypad Solution consists of the KP-4000 2-Way Network Keypad and the MRX-1 Network Base Station. URC’s first hard-wired, in-wall IP controller, the KP-4000 communicates with components via a home’s IP network. Optimized for IP applications, the KP-4000 can control virtually anything on an IP home network—including A/V components like multi-zone A/V receivers, energy management devices, PCs, iPods and whole house lighting—via preprogrammed, drag-and-drop 2-way modules. Available in White, Black and Light Almond, the KP-4000 coexists well with any décor. Its simple, tasteful design is built around a 3.5-inch, capacitive touch color screen. Once installed, the KP-4000 looks like it’s always been part of the house; no wires are visible.
