H-P Products Promotes Value of Selling Central Vac

The downturn in the economy has presented many businesses with an opportunity to diversify their product lines. For the custom integrator, it’s a good time to consider products like central vacuum systems, according to H-P Products, manufacturer of the Dirt Devil line.

The manufacturer’s CEDIA EXPO message is that Dirt Devil Central Vacuum Systems are consumer-friendly products that not only provide whole-house cleaning convenience but also help to promote better indoor air quality. Because most homes can be easily retrofitted with central vacuum systems, H-P Products says, integrators can utilize their existing customer database to market the product.

According to the company, the Dirt Devil Central Vacuum System boasts a 50-percent profit margin. Additionally, central vacuums are a green product, qualifying for five points in the NAHB Green Standard and one point in the LEED for Homes standard.

H-P Products, manufacturer of the Dirt Devil Central Vacuum Systems offers a full-scale training program to help integrators get started. H-P provides everything from inventory information, sales training, marketing support, in-field installation training, and a 24/7 online knowledge base and ordering center so integrators can easily launch their Dirt Devil Central Vacuum program.
