How do you rate the G-42?
I give the Klipsch Gallery G-42 Soundbar an A. The entire Gallery line is sleek, compact and can easily blend to accompany any flat screen. The sound was also impressive.
For what types of installations is it best suited?
The room where we used the Klipsch Gallery G-42 Soundbar was a 16 x 20 keeping room located off the kitchen. I partnered the G-42 soundbar with a Klipsch SW-308 subwoofer, simulating a 3.1 surround powered with a Denon 2112 Receiver. The system impressed our clients, which was of course our ultimate goal.
What is one feature of the G-42 that stands out in your projects?
The Klipsch Gallery G-42 Soundbar is slim and can fit all of our small room, TV sound projects. On-wall speaker placements have always been a challenge because of front channel space limitations. Fortunately, this speaker provides great sound and is an ideal product for placement under a flat panel and provides left, center and right speakers all in one.
What features would you like to see changed or added?
The Klipsch Gallery G-42 Soundbar is a great product, but we would have liked to get a custom length to match the length of flat panel. This would allow for an even more seamless install, while rocking great looks and sound.
