How do you rate the Online Toolbox?
I rate the Online Toolbox a 9.5. By and large the Revenew Online Toolbox is easyto- use. It is comprehensive, delivers the right information to us, and provides the kind of feedback that we need. It also makes doing direct-mail campaigns with greater frequency much simpler and more feasible
for us.
How has it helped your business?
In our first campaign, we targeted existing clients. Many replied back that they are interested in staying in touch with us. The Toolbox enables us to quickly find out what they are interested in and what their timetable for the purchases will be. The Revenew Online Toolbox program makes it simpler for us to implement direct mail campaigns based on our own time schedule. It makes it much more convenient for us. We can create the mailers at one time and then be ready to launch whenever we desire.
Describe its feature set.
The Revenew Online Toolbox simplifies our marketing tasks considerably. It enables us to run campaigns in as little as a few minutes time and engage with past and future customers. This is a big plus. It also provides us with online access to an already segmented prospect database (mailing list) in addition to our manufacturer marketing materials. We can select the marketing vehicle that suits our needs, modify it with minimal effort and launch the campaign online. A customized, integrated landing page for each of our individual campaigns provides immediate feedback to determine results and also provides an overview that allows us to effectively alter our messaging in future campaigns.
