URC wants its dealers know that they’ve got their backs. The company has added a two-year USA Limited Warranty on all Total Control products sold by its network of authorized dealers in the past, present, and future.
“Our new two-year warranty gives our network of authorized direct dealers yet another strong reason to sell Total Control systems,” said Doug Cole, senior vice president and general manager of the Harrison, NY-based manufacturer. “We already offer the broadest assortment of whole-house automation products, including market-leading remote controls, plus some of the most unique amplifiers and streaming network players—now we have the best overall warranty to match.”

This year URC is celebrating 25 years in the control industry. Total Control whole-house automation by URC is the company first integrated home solution. It is designed to be scalable; users can begin with a modest system and continue to add features as their needs expand. Home theater, AV components, lighting, HVAC (thermostat), window shades and security cameras can all be integrated into a Total Control system from URC.
