Why exhibit at CEDIA Expo 2026?
CEDIA Expo brings together the people who are actually specifying, selling, and deploying residential technology. It’s one of the few opportunities each year to have great conversations with integrators, manufacturers, and industry partners in one place. For ProjX360, it’s an opportunity to connect with existing customers, understand how their businesses are evolving, and demonstrate how better project management and collaboration can help them operate more efficiently and profitably. This industry changes fast, so in-person meetings like this help us stay on top of it all and keep our fingers on the pulse of what integrators need now.
What is the most exciting trend you expect to see at the show?
I’m interested in seeing how the industry continues to mature beyond individual products toward complete business and workflow solutions. Technology is becoming more integrated across every aspect of the project, from documentation to installation and long-term service. AI will certainly be part of the conversation, but that’s old news really. I’m equally interested in how companies are using automation and software to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve communication across teams.
What will you focus on at the show?
Our biggest focus will be introducing more integrators to our “Project as Location” philosophy. Instead of creating separate projects every time a client adds a new system or phase, ProjX360 organizes everything around the actual home or building. Every proposal, drawing, change order, purchase order, service record, and future upgrade stays connected to one location throughout the life of the project. That’s how integrators think about their business, and we believe their software should work the same way. We’ll be demonstrating how this approach simplifies project management, improves collaboration, and creates a complete history of every client relationship from the first proposal through years of ongoing service.
