3vNET has introduced the CB1 Control Bridge—a lighting and control module that serves as a gateway for lighting control of a home automation system.
The CB1 operates on current plug computing technology and utilizes a 1.2 GHz processor. It can be used for commissioning, timers, monitoring, and providing access for 3rd party devices to site installations.
The CB1 can be programmed in advance to control lighting day and night and even specific dates to accommodate vacation schedules and stays away from home. The CB1 also works in tandem with 3vNet’s unique system design software to make future design upgrades within minutes.
The CB1 Control Bridge also coincides with a new release of vNet Builder, 3vNET’s programming and design software. The CB1 Control Bridge will only be supported by Builder versions 4.12.22 and higher. Software can be downloaded from the 3vNet website.
The CB1 contains 512 MB of flash memory and features a SDIO card slot for optional expanded storage. Control applications are available for the iPad via the vNet Control application with an iPad Site License.
