Q&A with Galia Ben-Dor, co-CEO and founder of Wall-Smart.
Why does exhibit at CEDIA Expo 2024?
Every year, we make sure the Wall-Smart booth is a microcosm of the industry’s overall offering. We always have a wide array of new mounts and concealment solutions for devices by many of the most popular brands in the channel. This year, our booth will feature solutions for the new touchscreen from Josh.ai, new IC Realtime cameras, new RTI touchscreens, concealment for Hunter Douglas and Bond control boxes, keypads by Crestron, Black Nova, and Vantage, Ring devices, Sonos Arc soundbars, and much more.
What is the most exciting trend you expect to see at the show?
We are excited to see the expansion of the show to include not only the residential channel but also the commercial and pro AV channel, and design-build professionals. Wall-Smart serves all of these, but we don’t often get to show everything at once. That’s why we’re bringing not just our design-forward products, but a wide variety of residential, commercial, and security application solutions to CEDIA Expo this year.
What will you focus on at the show?
We are focused on not just sharing the broad range of solutions Wall-Smart offers but hearing from integration pros what they need, what they’re challenged by, and how we might make the art of custom installation easier or better-suited to more homes and businesses. We are also eager to expand our portfolio of collaborative manufacturer partnerships.
