Why exhibit at CEDIA Expo/CIX 2025?
For mui Lab, CEDIA Expo is the premier venue to learn about and connect with the integrator industry. Having joined last year’s show through the CEDIA Launchpad program, we were blown away by the support and feedback we received from integrators and industry veterans alike. We have decided to join CEDIA Expo 2025 to continue showcasing our technology and continue refining our value proposition to the wider service integrator industry.
What is the most exciting trend you expect to see at the show?
Of all the trends we’ll see at CEDIA Expo 2025, we are most excited to see the introduction of devices that don’t look like a piece of technology inside the home. Over the last couple of years, we’ve seen companies like Samsung, Josh AI, and Leon Speakers introduce devices that blend into the home interior. We believe this trend will only grow, since there is continued demand for smarter homes, yet a fatigue associated with too many apps and screens in the home. At mui Lab, we hope to contribute to this trend with our mui Board product, a wood screen controller for home wellness spaces.
What will you focus on at the show?
Our focus at this year’s show is to present a solution that fills the technological gap seen in luxury wellness spaces, currently underserviced by integrators. We’ve observed both residential and commercial integrators struggle with providing adequate technology solutions in spaces that require the fewest possible distractions. Our proposed solution is the mui Board — an in-room controller made of real wood that seamlessly blends into wellness environments while providing deep, customizable connectivity. We will be showcasing mui Board’s compatibility with Crestron Home at our booth.
