Crestron has introduced its complete line of quiet motorized roller shades, Roman shades, skylight shades and drapery track systems, offering designer-inspired fabrics and hardware finishes that match any décor.
Featuring the new low voltage Quiet Motor Technology (QMT), Crestron shades are silent, the company says, and combine precise control of electric light and daylight from touch screens, keypads, remotes and Apple or Android smart devices. Crestron delivers a variety of user-interfaces and features including backlit, custom-engraved buttons for highly visible, intuitive operation and user-programmable preset buttons for immediate recall of a favorite light level or shade position. Customers can adjust limits and presets through a remote, keypad, touch screen or their favorite smart device.
“We’re making it easy for our residential integrators to expand their businesses to include natural lighting control. Motorized shading is a natural complement to our electric lighting solutions and we’re going to help them take advantage of this opportunity,” said Philip Goldweitz, Crestron senior director of shading solutions. “We’re providing everything they need to hit the ground running, such as an intuitive configuration tool, plug-and-play installation, hands-on training and access to our Design Showrooms and Experience Centers, where they can bring their clients to see Crestron shades in a fully integrated home environment.”
Crestron will support dealers as they specify, quote, order and install Crestron shading solutions. Online and in-person training is available to make the process seamless, and Crestron shading experts are on call to assist integrators.

Crestron Shading Solutions include an 8-year limited warranty, with extended service options also available.
