Catalyst AV distribution member Custom Partners held a highly successful Lutron lighting and shading training recently in Plainview, NY. Custom Partners services the metro New York area.
Forty five dealers attended and received not only highly skilled training from Lutron’s sales representative, Ben Haller, on Lutron lighting and shades, but Custom Partners also ensured representatives from eero, TiVo, NAD, BlueSound, Coastal Source, and Sonance were on hand to show dealers their latest solutions to make the dealer/integrators lives easier and delight their customers.
“Forty five dealers is a great turnout. Custom Partners holds training once a quarter, as we want our trainings to have a major impact and not dilute our mission,” said Rich Radimer, Custom Partners president and founder. “Dealers are interested in expanding their footprint in their client’s homes and learning about lighting control, shading, networking, outdoor audio, outdoor lighting and more. By implementing these categories, dealers can directly grow their revenues.
Custom Partners caters its events from local restaurants. “We want our dealers to feel we provide top-notch trainings, and make sure they are well taken care of while they are with Custom Partners,” Radimer added. “Heartfelt thanks to the additional manufacturers for also making the day a major success.”
