OneVision Resources hit the road this month to share strategies for conquering the service problem in the custom integration business. The OneVision team will attend events and visit integrators in 18 U.S. cities, delivering a series of seminars and workshops designed to highlight strategies that custom integrators can leverage to deliver a superior client experience, reduce the burden of service on their team, and build a more sustainable and profitable business.
OneVision’s service platform is designed to empower home technology professionals with the services, processes, and technologies needed to provide round-the-clock support. The company also has developed a playbook highlighting exactly how integrators can convert service from one of their biggest challenges into one of their biggest opportunities.
“Over a year ago, we explored service and RMR on our own. After a year of trying and struggling to get traction, we partnered with OneVision. I only wish we would have made that decision sooner,” said Jimmy Nay of Control Freaks in Hawaii. “They’ve clearly been down many paths and have a firm grasp on what works and what doesn’t when it comes to service and RMR.”
Beginning with the ProSource Summit at the beginning of this month and culminating with the Southern California Technology & Business Summits in May, OneVision’s schedule is jam-packed, with the team traveling coast-to-coast to show technology professionals how to avoid employee burnout and establish recurring revenue streams by delivering the service today’s consumers demand.
“At the core of our platform is a proven operational playbook which contains years of primary experience, research, and study,” said Joseph Kolchinsky, OneVision’s founder and CEO. “We use it to transform each one of our partners into effective and profitable service operations. Now, we’re opening the book to share parts of it with the rest of the industry. We believe that service represents both a massive challenge and an even bigger opportunity for this industry and we are excited to get on the road and share these strategies with HTPs all over the country.”
In OneVision’s series of seminars, to be held at buying group conferences, manufacturer rep summits, and dealer summits from Philadelphia to Southern California, the OneVision team will describe the challenges inherent in marketing, selling, and delivering service as a core part of an integrator’s value proposition. OneVision will also highlight the ways their platform can help address these challenges successfully. Even for home tech pros who opt not to use the OneVision platform immediately, these seminars will provide tips that they can use to reduce the burden of service on their team, improve company profitability, and enhance the client experience.
