Nice is taking the 2GIG GC Touch panel on tour. Launching its GC Touch Roadshow series later this month, Nice will visit key U.S. markets to bring security distributors and dealers face-to-face with live demos, training, and networking opportunities designed to help dealers grow their businesses with the newest generation of the 2GIG security platform.
The roadshows bring live demos, product training, and peer-to-peer networking directly into key markets—giving dealers the ability to interact with the product and see firsthand how it can help them deliver elegant, reliable security solutions to their customers.
As the newest evolution in the 2GIG panel line and available at select distributors beginning in October, the GC Touch delivers a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen interface designed to make security and smart home control more intuitive. Supporting up to 128 wireless zones, the panel can scale for both residential and commercial projects. The panel features two-way voice communication with central stations for rapid emergency response, and also integrates seamlessly with modern Z-Wave devices for advanced smart home functionality, enabling control of locks, lights, and thermostats. Optimized for installers, the GC Touch is fully compatible with both legacy sensors and the new 2GIG 345S Sensor line, which offers a sleek new design, extended range, improved battery life, and a unique encrypted/unencrypted toggle to reduce truck rolls and streamline inventory.
