Together, 3vNet and Training Allies plan to develop a two-tiered training program for 3vNet integration partners. The basic certification, to be offered online, includes courses for audio and basic systems integration. The advanced certification program will include both online and classroom-based courses in lighting and advanced programming.
3vNet’s basic certification program will launch on January 1, 2013; the advanced program will follow later in 2013.
Tim Dunigan, 3vNet’s newly hired Training and education manager, will head up these programs. Dunigan brings years of consumer electronics, IT, and training experience to the 3vNet team.
“As a former integrator, Tim really has his finger on the pulse on what our customers need to know to be successful,” said Matt Curtin, 3vNet’s director of sales. “His skills and experience are a perfect fit for us and we are extremely happy that he is onboard.” Dunigan will be based out of 3vNet’s new headquarters in Orlando, FL.
Training Allies has provided professional training programs for such brands as Denon, McIntosh, Sharp, Lutron, NuVo, Boston Acoustics, and others.
