Active Thermal Management, providers of quiet thermal protection solutions for AV equipment, has expanded its warranty policy to five years.
This is the first change to the company’s one-year warranty policy since the company was founded in 1999.
Products sold after October 1, 2017 will be covered against failures for five years. There will be no charge for either parts or labor to repair any problems occurring in normal operation; failures due to abuse and shipping charges will not be covered.
